Purpose of the Job: To ensure the timely, complete, accurate and compliant processing of members’ data, management and maintenance of employers’ and members’ accounts as well as relevant information management and dissemination.
Supervision of the work of the Reconciliations Administrators and Scanning Officers
Coordination of employer and member accounts processe
Liaising with internal counterparts; work closely with the Senior
Compliance and Customer Service Officers to ensure alignment of sections’ objectives and sharing of information.
Ensuring operational efficiency
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Facilitation of training and development of staff.
Production of periodic Reconciliations Section reports.
Subordinates performance management and evaluation.
Ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures
Ensuring reconciliation of all employers’ accounts
Ensuring that customer queries are attended to promptly with 100% accurate information.
Ensuring timely distribution of annual statements to all members
Processing member journals for the payment of benefit claims
Performance management and evaluation programme.
Sectional budget monitoring
Qualifications & Competencies:
A Degree Accounting/Business Administration/Commerce
Management Development Programme or any Supervisory/Leadership programme
Experience & Knowledge:
3 years’ experience
Knowledge of the SNPF Order of 1974
Knowledge of accounting and/or auditing
Knowledge of pension or provident fund administration
Demonstrate strong judgment and decision making ability
The energy and tenacity to work well under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines, with little supervision
