Our behalf of our client, an established and revered Insurance Company in Eswatini, AM Recruitment Services is looking for young, tenacious and driven candidates to fill the position of Team Leader — Employee Benefits Administration. The preferred incumbent must be suitably qualified and expertly experienced in the insurance and claims realm with the technical capacity and interpersonal aptitude to thrive in this position.
Department: Client Service/ Administration Department
Responsibilities of Incumbent:
Management of the administration of Employee Benefit funds including checking and authorization of claims.
Working in collaboration with the Manager to fulfill performance management of team members.
Attendance of and contribution to Trustee meetings when required.
Preparation of detailed and relevant reports for the Trustees, Actuaries and Accountants.
Provision of support to the Administration Manager and Principal Officers with managing annual financial review on the funds.
Management of the accurate and consistent capturing of new business clients, termination of funds and benefit improvement of the funds.
Ensure that funds are renewed and benefit statements are sent to clients timeously.
Management of disability and annuitant’s claims.
Management and monitoring of Customer Service delivery with the guarantee of excellent service provision.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting and/or Economics or related qualification
Insurance related qualification (including those pursuing) would be advantageous
Minimum of 3 — 4 years’ relevant experience in an Insurance and Claims Environment
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Service
Proficient in English and Siswati
