Job Description


  • Liaises with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements;
  • Strong understanding of allowance cost make-up & Forecasting skill;
  • Organizes workflow to meet specifications and deadlines;
  • Monitors production to resolve issues;
  • Supervises and evaluate performance of production personnel;
  • Determines amount of necessary resources;
  • Ensures output meets quality standards;
  • Enforces health, safety & environmental precautions;
  • Reports to senior management.


  • Ability to systematically analyse complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written skills, and ability to convey complex information in a way that others can readily follow.
  • Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills, both in one on one and group situations;
  • Proficiency in utilizing and interpreting financial models and analyses Collaborative Skills;
  • Organization Skills;
  • Problem Solving/Analysis;
  • Decision Making;


  • Have a degree or diploma qualification in related field from a recognized institution;
  • Have extensive traceable experience (5 to 10 years) in interest field;
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Programmes & relevant software) for senior positions, a must;
  • Production Manager must have in-depth knowledge of CCS;
  • Ability to train and develop subordinates;
  • Ability to plan, control, execute and report on function;
  • Ability to work independantly;
  • Loyalty and high level of confidentiality;
  • This positions require extensive leadership skills;
  • Preference will be given to Swazi nationals/citizens.
