JOB TITLE: CONDOM PROGRAM MANAGER
Note: position will be based in Mbabane PSI/ESwatini Head Office. Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the position will be to provide strategic leadership in the distribution of free condoms, managing sales for commercial sector condoms and ensuring condom promotions are conducted to increase usage. The position will provide leadership and direction to the condom distribution and sales team to ensure targets are met. The position will be responsible for ensuring proper logistics, monitoring & evaluation of the condom program. The position reports to the Director, Marketing and Communications.
Degree in Marketing, or Communications or Social Sciences or Public health
Post graduate degree an advantage
5 years program or sales management
Experience with fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) or logistics
Experience in HIV prevention programming, behavior change communication or marketing;
M&E and market research experience
Strong managerial skills with the ability to plan, organize, coordinate and implement work inputs from several sources and partners and manage the simultaneous delivery of multiple outputs
JOB TITLE: SNAP COMMUNITY COORDINATOR
Note: position will be based in Mbabane SNAP Offices.
Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the position will be to provide technical and management support to the Ministry of Health in coordinating community-based HTS and community to facility linkages activities in the country including door-to-door campaigns, community ART, HTS in VCT settings, and HTS in outreach settings. Work closely with the National HTS Coordinator to set targets for community-based HTS, Community ART, community to facility linkages and develop a coordinated strategy and plan for achieving those targets. Develop protocols, procedures, and QA guidelines to guide the implementation of HIS and ART at community level and disseminate to all relevant partners.
A degree in Social Sciences or Nursing, or equivalent experience
Certificate in CIHTS Training
Sexual Reproductive Health Understanding and good knowledge of HIV/AIDS

JOB TITLE: MIDTERM EVALUATION CONSULTANT (2)

Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the position will be to support PSI Eswatini conduct a midterm evaluation to generate evidence to inform improvements in the implementation of the SCORE project in all four regions of country. The purpose of the evaluation is to determine the extent to which the SCORE project under ART Referral Retention and Ongoing Wellness Support (ARROWS) has been able to achieve the following outcomes; a) Improved timeliness of linkages to HIV treatment in health facilities for PLHIV identified under CBHTS; b) Improved timeliness of linkages to VMMC services for HIV negative males 15 years and older tested under CBHTS.
Minimum Qualifications International Consultant;
The suitable person must have a minimum of a Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology or Clinical Medicine
Must have worked in HIV testing and counselling program or care and treatment programs focusing on community delivery of services
Must have worked for a development organization before for at least 5 years and has demonstrable experience of undertaking mid-term evaluations including conducting desk reviews, assessments and data synthesis
Minimum Qualifications Local Consultant:
The suitable person must have a minimum of a master’s degree in the field of social sciences, statistics, demography, evaluation studies and any other related fields. The person must possess the following attributes;
The person should have worked with a development organization before for at least 5 years and has a minimum demonstrable experience of undertaking desk reviews, as well as rapid assessments & or evaluations.
The consultant should have a significant experience of collecting and analyzing quantitative data from sample surveys.
