Job Description

First National Bank of Swaziland Limited is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced person to fill the above vacancy, Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post,

Purpose of the position

To engage with internal and external stakeholders in a bid to analyse and understand wellness issues and apply technical knowledge and expertise to develop, implement and monitor wellness related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, design and implement relevant wellness Initiatives that ensure a healthy wellness culture
  • Provide tools to assist employees to adapt and maintain a balanced lifestyle
  • Provide high level support to Human Capital and Ore Management on employee well being Issues
  • Provide a secure support hub for guidance and advice on employee lifestyle matters to line management and Human Capital
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness and use of implemented Initiatives
  • Ensure proper governance, risk management and compliance of wellness program and related Occupational Health and Safety initiatives
  • Train managers and employees on programme offerings
  • Follow absenteeism trends data and liaise with business, Human Capital and employees in recommending appropriate health initiatives responding to data trends observed
  • Co-ordinate incapacity and disability claims arid liaise with service providers
  • Collection of relevant data and the compilation of reports and proposals for Head of Human Capital
  • Display skill at mentoring/coaching others and resolving conflict

Qualifications and Experience

  • Life science degree (es. Nursing, Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist )
  • 2-3 years’ work-related experience
  • Basic Employee Assistant Program and Project Management Is an added advantage
