The anticipated ()SAID funded Attain & Sustain 95-95-95, Prevent New Infections and Reach all Populations for Epidemic Control (ASPIRE) will be designed to, over 5 years, reduce HIV incidence and AIDS-related mortality In pursuit of epidemic control In Eswatini in alignment with GKo’s vision of an AIDS-free generation by 2022 and the National. Multisectoral HIV and AIDS Strategic Framework 2018-2022.
Positions are contingent upon receipt of donor funding and will be based in Eswatini.
1. Contracts & Grants Manager
Provide overall management, guidance and coordination of contract and grant activities.
Take lead In the interpretation of funding regulation to ensure that all FHI 360 Eswatini policies and procedures and Federal Government and other Funder contracting requirements are met for sub agreement and subcontracting activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and 7 – 9 years relevant experience; OR MSc./MBA with S – 7 years relevant experience in an NGO setting.
Relevant software skills to include spreadsheet and data base software and Management Information Systems.
Working knowledge of donor (USAID, CDC, DFID, GFATM) contract and grant agencies are required.
2.Associate Director – HIV Prevention & Mitigation
Provide technical leadership for the project and support to the Technical Director in the management of project interventions for HIV prevention and mitigation including HIV case finding,link-age to care, condom programming, voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC), PEP, PrEP and other emerging biomedical
MB.BS/MD/PhD or similar degree with 7 to 9 years relevant experience with at least 5 years progressive experience working in the health or development field in Eswatini.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in prevention services for HIV/AIDS.
3. Associate Director -Continuous Quality Improvement
support and track FHI 360’s sustainability strategy across the different technical areas. S/he will also play a key role in ensuring Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) for the FHI 360 Eswatini projects by assisting in developing QM national guidance and tools
MB.BS/MD/PHD or similar degree with 7 to 9 years relevant experience with at least 5 years progressive experience in quality improvement OR MPH, or MS/MA in relevant degree with 5 to 7 years relevant experience with at least 5 years progressive experience in quality improvement.
4. Associate Director, Monitoring & Evaluation/ Strategic Information
Provide overall strategic leadership for monitoring & evaluation lead the design, development, planning, and implementation and evaluation of project technical strategies; develop strategies and tools for monitoring and evaluating project technical work
Master’s Degree with 5 – 7 years of experience or bachelor's degree with 7 – 9 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation and strategic information management (SI) for HIV care and treatment programs including at least 5 years supervisory level experience.
5. Operations Manager
Responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the head and regional offices and ensuring that office operations are kept consistent with donor and project standards. The Operations Manager will supervise and be responsible for overall security, logistics, procurement, and other office administration functions for the project.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in logistics, administration or related field, with demonstrated experience in logistics and administration;
At least six (6) years of progressive experience with at least four (4) years experience with an international NGO in the areas of operations and logistics
