To provide customer support services for the Corporation, promoting the Corporation’s image, acting as a key link between the Corporation and its customers, giving value adding feedback to both parties.
o Diploma in Marketing o Two (2) years practical experience in a Customer Service Environment o Computer literacy
o A working knowledge of universal customer service principles and best practice o Knowledge of product and/or services marketing o Knowledge of Billing Systems and Cycles o Good customer relations management – maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer complaints o Good customer service/customer care o Ability to provide high quality responses to Customers in a courteous and professional manner o Ability to effectively communicate to a wide range of audience both in siSwati and English o Basic negotiation and presentation skills o Analytical thinking ability o A proactive approach to work o Adherence to set standards, policies and procedures o Experience working in a large public utility will be an added advantage

o Effective time management o Good oral and written communication skills o Prompt and proper feedback to customers o Availability of an accurate and up to date customer database o Timeous resolution of customer queries in a courteous and professional manner o Maintenance of an up to date register of all application forms o Track progress of Customer Application forms
