We are looking for a suitably qualified candidate for the Account Manager position. The incumbent will be responsible for:
■ Customer relationship development and project implementation process to ensure the achievement of regional market targets and sales targets, as well as the improvement of customer relationship. • Determining the market objectives and strategies through market analysis (industry, customer, competition, company and opportunities), and participate in the development of customer base planning and implementation.
■ Be responsible for the establishment and promotion of company's brand.
Required qualifications and experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing.
• Sales experience in the telecommunications industry. • Customer relationship: ability to build, maintain and improve high-level customer relationships and the establishment of exclusive customer relationships. • Ability to manage and resolve conflict and improve perceived negative perceptions. • Customer needs understanding and guidance: able to develop insight into customer needs, and be able to provide the effective solution which would affect customers' decision-making. • The project operational capacity: be able to run the majority of project development task. • Transaction management capabilities: the ability to participate in project negotiation and meet the special needs of customers. • Strong learning and analytical ability, good communication skill and teamwork capability.
