This position is tenable at our Nhlangano Branch and reports to the Branch Controller.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The CSC is responsible for acquiring and retaining SBS customers through the implementation of effective customer service strategies and promotion of our products and services.
• Monitor and improve customer service in the branch. • Maximize SBS profitability by exceeding periodic sales targets • Serve as a relief branch supervisor • Promote and foster a customer centric culture aimed at riot only meeting our service expectations but exceeding them • Conduct customer survey to determine customer needs in line with the services we provide • Manage customer feedback system and ensure value add • Promote and cross sell products of the Society • Maintain a customer feedback system that enhances customer treatment • Ensure adherence to our customer services standards • Generate referral leads for new business prospects • Plan and stage special customer events
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Degree in Marketing or Business Management ▪ 3 years in a financial services environment (at least 1 year in a sales and maketing environment) • Proven record of acquiring and retention of customers • Supervisory experience will be an added advantage
• Good communications, interpersonal and reporting skills • Interviewing skills • Knowledge of accounting and/or banking systems • Sound planning and organizing skills • Good stakeholder management • Computer Literacy
