• Purpose of the job:To ensure road worthiness and cleanliness of trucks and that deliveries are made on time and in full.To ensure maintenance, repair and condition monitoring of all company fleet. Full co-ordination of all company Logistics functions.
Qualifications Et Experience:
• Qualified Diesel Mechanic or equivalent • 5 - 7 years managerial experience • Technical background with previous fleet workshop management experience • Experience in Operational FMCG Industry - added advantage
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Fleet Management • Fleet Audits • Technical support / Troubleshooting • Service Plans / COF/ Licensing • On the job training • Budget preparation, monitoring and variance reporting • Compiling of all required reports within set deadlines • Managing Human Resources • Managing Suppliers/ Service Providers
