Accountable for all. Dups Properties business operations including leasing, sigriage and construction activities. The position is thus responsible for effectively managing and coordinating persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish business objectives. These objectives will include. maximizing rental occupancy levels and creating a highly competitive and profitable company.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Project Management/Constructionist/Quantity Surveying or related field. A post graduate property related qualification would serve as an added advantage. • At least 5 years' relevant experience in Business environment, of which at least 3 wars was in a supervisory role. • Computer Literacy
