HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
This position manages the overall provision of Human Resources Management services which includes talent management, HR administration, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, organization development, training and development, payroll administration, HR statistics and metrics. The value-add for the position is maximizing human capital and creating a high-performance culture for NERCHA to achieve its corporate strategy and reports to Director Corporate Services.
Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent. Added advantage: Professional qualification in Human Resources or MBA
Required Experience Minimum 5 years' Human Resources Management experience of which 3 years should have been at middle management level in an organization with over one hundred employees.
REGIONAL MULTISECTORAL HIV AND AIDS COORDINATOR This position implements the decentralization, joint planning and mainstreaming of the National HIV and AIDS Response and perform NERCHA's multi sectorial response coordination mandate at Regional, Tinkhundla and Chiefdom levels. Mapping of key regional HIV and AIDS stakeholders, identifying gaps in HIV and AIDS service delivery and coordinating monitoring and evaluation efforts in the region. The successful candidate will report to the National HIV Programmes Manager.
Minimum Qualifications First Degree in Behavioural Science/Social Science, Public Health or equivalent Added advantage: Certificate in Community Development
Required Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in development work at a supervisory level.
