ONE OF OUR CLIENTS IS LOOKING TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS

 

 

  1. HEAD OF CORPORATE SERVICES

Responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and operational delivery of business support functions to achieve the strategic goals set forth by the organisation. Reports to CEO.

Key Performance Areas and Indicators 

Corporate Strategy: Strategic Plan developed & submitted to Board
Planning: Approved annual operating plan for the division in place
HR and Wellness: Approved policies, procedures and programs in place
Staffing Management: Performance agreements & KPIs for all organisation
Procurement Management: Approved & implemented annual procurement plan
Budget Management: Approved annual budget for division

Information Management System: Integrated information systems supporting business operations

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Master's in Business Administration/Public Administration /Human Resources or Law
10 years' experience w/ 5 at management level

 

  1. COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER

Responsible for controlling and coordinating the organisation's internal and external communications function, and communicating with all stakeholders. Reports to CEO.

Key Performance Areas and Indicators 

Communication Strategy: Media queries and questionnaires responded to
Internal communications: Quarterly newsletters distributed to stakeholders
External communications: Good media relations w/accurate media releases
Corporate Social Responsibility: Successful marketing & CSI events
Support to the CEOs Office: Speeches/ remarks submitted to the CEOs Office.
Budget Management: Budget spend in line with approved budget


Minimum Qualifications & Experience 

Degree in Communications/ Public Relations or Marketing 3+ years' experience in communications

 

  1. FACILITIES SUPERVISOR                                                                                                           Oversee and supervise the work of employees in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment and vehicles.

Key Performance Areas and Indicators 

Maintenance planning: Planned maintenance completed timorously
Minor vehicle maintenance: Company vehicles serviced on time
Property maintenance: Repairs on property completed on time
Management of contractors: Outsourced work undertaken efficiently
People management: Effectiveness and efficiency of supervised staff


Minimum Qualifications & Experience 

Diploma in a skilled Trade (Electrical or Plumbing)
5 years' experience in Facilities Maintenance w/
2 at Supervisory level
