Job Title ------Human Resources Generalist
Responsible to- Fiance and Administration manager
Responsible for------ Human Resources Support
Contractual Status------1 Year- 2 years, Full time , Subject to three month probationary period
Role Summary--- Provide general day-to-day HR support across the pimenta KFC Group relevant Provide general ditto‘away HR support across the Pimenta KFC Group as part of the HR function in relation to all HR, IR, Learning and Development and other HR related administration and ultimately ensure all compliance with statutory obligations and best practice.
Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities Assisting the Finance and Admin Manager withgeneralist HR matters, including reviewing and developing relevant Pimenta KFC Policies and Procedures andproviding advice in relation to employee performance, conduct and absence management • Providing confidential ad hoc advice and assistance to employees • Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievance hearings as necessary • Administration, co-1 ordination and support of Pimenta KFC recruitment • Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information • Coordinating and administering Pimenta KFC training and development programmes and liaising with , external training bodies as required. This includes providing support in relation to IHealth and Safety training records for employees • Administration and co-ordination of 1 internal training programmes• Fulfilment of additional duties as required
At least two years' experience of working in a generalist HR environment, to include administration of recruitment and training at all levels • Experience of suppordng managers across a variety of departments at different levels in all aspects of HR and training • Experience of working in the hotel and catering industry would be an advantage
• Skills and Qualifications Qualified to a Diploma I Degree levet in HR or Relevant • Understanding and practical knowledge of employment law and employer best practice • Organised and methodical approach to administration and record keeping • Excellent IT Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
