To promote a customer centric culture by interacting with the Society's customers; providing information about products & services and addressing customer complaints.
Key Performance Areas Finance
✓ Improve revenue collection through increased automation processes in the branch.
✓ Increase the clientele base by opening new accounts and offering new products and value-adding services provided by the Society to existing and new clients.
✓Meet the targets on loans and deposits from year to year
Internal Business Processes
✓ Assess the existing delivery channels and improve the use thereof.
✓ Encourage clients to make use of automated processes.
✓ Conduct customer surveys in order to determine customer needs and manage a customer feedback system in the Branch.
✓ Participate in Marketing activities
✓Sales and marketing of Society products.
✓Deliver exceptional customer service.
✓ Contribute to the development of products and service levels to meet customer needs.
✓ Manage and walk the queues in the Banking Hall.
Learning & Growth
• Implement the performance management process
✓ Develop and implement appropriate personal development plans for self
Educational / Professional Requirements:
✓ Minimum Degree in Marketing Studies or relevant professional qualification
✓A Banking qualification will be an added advantage
✓At least 3-4 years experience in Marketing
✓Very good sales skills
✓Good interpersonal skills
✓ Conflict management skills
✓ Computer literate
✓ Analytical skills
✓Attention to detail
✓ Presentation Skills
