Job Description:

  • Prepare financial reports and explain expenditure variances.
  • Ensure operational procedures adhere to internal controls and audit
  • Coordinate, prepare and control budget in collaboration with staff
  • Process monthly payroll and attend to Human Resource issues and office administration.
  • Prepare funding requests and plan of action together with coordinator. 
  • Keep and maintain assets register and inventory of organization.
  • Work on logistics of the internal and external travel officers.

Qualification /  Requirements:

  • Accounting Diploma, Commercial Studies, Level 3 AAT and any related field.
  • At least 3 years experience working in non-governmental  organization or private sector will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to  to successfully  multi-task and prioritize  in fast paced environment.
  • Interest in Public Health and/or development issues and advantage

Location: This is a 1 year renewable contract position based in Manzini
