URC is implementing the CDC-funded Strengthening Local capacity to deliver sustainable quality assured Universal coverage of clinical HIV/TB services in Lubombo region and provision of central level technical assistance to SNAP under PEPFAR. Job Summary: The Facility based Lay Counselor will be responsible for the provision of HIV testing and counselling services to clients at the facility and linking clients to treatment for HIV positive clients. The Lay Counselor will facilitate early access to ART including same day ART initiation for HIV positive clients. Roles and Responsibilities:
