Retail Sales Manager Featured
Our client in the financial sector is seeking to employ a Retail Sales Manager, reporting to the Head of Retail. Purpose of the position: To ensure we meet sales, customer acquisition, customer retention and revenue growth targets through proactive use of data and innovative sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve growth and sales targets through vigorous management and tracking of the Sales Team targets • Design and implement a strong strategic customer value management plan • Own sales objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives • Contribute to a service culture which builds rewarding relationships and seeks continuous innovation • Manage the growth of active customer accounts that match company targets • Facilitate migration of customers to most efficient way of conducting business • Plan and execute campaigns successfully and on schedule whilst monitoring costs / benefits per campaign/ channel • Be a dynamic influence within the Sales force and the rest of the business Qualifications and Experience • B.Com Marketing/Business Management/ Accounting Degree • Post graduate qualification is an added advantage • 2 — 3 years sales management experience with proven sales record Competencies • Sales oriented with a good sales track record • Good communication skills • Strong business acumen Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Please submit your resumes and certified documents and certificates to firstname.lastname@example.org .
