Senior HR Consultant Featured
An opportunity is open for an adequately qualified, well experienced and passionate people management specialist to fill the position of Senior HR Consultant Management & Learning). This position reports to the Manager Human Resources and is tenable at SBS head office, Mbabane. PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Senior HRC is the primary contact and advisor for onganisation-wide Performance Management and Learning; responsible for facilitating learning, high performance culture and continual improvement on the SBS people management strategies and processes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Coordination of all performance management processes (including coaching of line managers and employees on effective performance management). • Development and implementation of learning strategies and programmes (including management of SBS talent development pipelines). • Coordination of employee engagement and experience interventions. • Administration of the SBS Learning Management Syatem (LMS) including content development. • Coordination of OD projects and change management processes. • Advise employees on career planning and development decisions. • People Management Research and Development, • Supervision of the Learning and Development team. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent, • Post graduate qualification in Management Coaching / Organization Development / Performance Management or related field. • People Management professional certification will be an added advantage. • 5 years’ experience as an HR generalist, an additional 3 years In organisation development or performance management. • A proven record in leading OD projects and managements:oohing, particularly in performance and learning management.
